Here is a link to my first attempt at using technology to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom. The blog has many flaws and is by no means an example to follow, but in it I have showcased some of the content my students created and I am proud of the work they have done with their limited English ability and their limited knowledge of the tools they used to put these "Challenge" based projects together.

Be patient with videos posted on the left side of the blog, they work but it takes a little while. If you don't want to wait you can scroll down and see some of the videos. The videos were never edited for correct English usage. With these projects we focused on helping the students overcome the fear of doing something genuinely theirs. Here's the link:

As you will see in different videos, a few of the students did not have the level of English to express themselves orally, so a few chose to add some explanations. Overall it was a successful project and the students were very engaged and excited about creating their own videos presentations.

Perhaps student generated videos such as these are one element that students can showcase in their profiles.
